All of the information-sharing categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with any third party for that party’s own purposes.

Your mobile phone number reaches us one of two ways. You may enter it yourself in your account settings, which is voluntary and is not required to use the Services. Alternatively, for the initial invitation to create your account, the property operator or institution that houses you may provide the number it already holds for you under your resident, leasing, or housing agreement, for the purpose of housing-related communications; operators are responsible for having obtained your consent to be contacted at that number.

In either case we use the number only to send the account-related notifications described in our SMS Terms, and we disclose it only to our SMS delivery provider (Twilio Inc.) strictly to transmit those messages. Your phone number is not visible to other users, and you can stop all messages by replying STOP or by removing the number in your account settings.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You may also remove your phone number at any time in your account settings.
