Compatibility was co-founded by Andrea Meltzer and Dr. Kim Rubenstein, two women who share a passion for building solutions that promote diverse, harmonious communities.
Given that 1/3 students leave the college or university (costing the government and taxpayers $15.5B annually) where they begin their studies within the first six months, which is similar to retention research in the professional workplace, Compatibility was founded to create relationship solutions that will impact any member of a community’s decision to stay.
Motivated by the fact that 1/3 students leave the college or university (a $15.5B annual pricetag for government and taxpayers) where they begin their studies within the first six months, RoommateConnect.AI was created to avoid roommate conflicts by recommending best-fit recommendations and tips for relationship success for on- and off-campus student housing.
RoommateConnect.AI is Compatibility’s first groundbreaking product.
